i mean

he was 17

how good could he be?

finally he made and posted his own audition vid on youtube

i called shain immediately

he is that good

we use him a lot

his first show was 3rd guitar on the zep album

not a ton of work

but he handled it like a pro

so

during the break

we decide to give him the lead guitar in 'whole lotta love'

he nails it and 1000 people go nuts

i mean they were screaming

at that point his life changed

i mean how do not follow your dreams after something like that happens to you

at 17!

anyway

we love him

he's an absolute asset

we send limos for him

we introduce him to girls

we keep him away from the beer

he's one of us now
